Bradord Metropolitan District Council's maladministration of a £30,000 government "home improvement grant" aimed at providing disabled access to and around my home.

Bradford Met's Chief executive officer has now threatened me with 6 months in jail and a £5,000 fine for daring to speak out about the council's incompetence, the damage to property caused by their sub-contractors, and stress caused to my wife and I during the 11 months that the work has
remained unfinished and in a dangerous condition.
