Despite running a tv ad campaign this Xmas their web site is not set
up correctly to accept AMEX cards (they dont have start date guys) - even
though I tell them this they dont change their web site and tell me to
ring them - well dont bother because they are obviously not set up to
handle calls
- all you will get is a whole lot of silence - in fact the lack of irritating
music is the only good experience about it. Dont bother with this lot
if you need to get something in a hurry. Sloppy
web design which hardly encourages the customer to submit your credit
card details, and sloppy telephone information if you ring up. 1 out of
10.
